3. Returning Your Lumo Pro
Once your refund request is approved:
- You will be required to send your Lumo Pro back to our warehouse.
- Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your device reaches our warehouse safely.
4. Refund Process
